FREE Information Technology student organization chapter subscriptions?

I was wondering if there are any computer-related organizations out there that offer free subscriptions student chapter for students who want to keep up with the latest technology participation through a discussion forum, online reference library, etc. are paid about as IEEE and ACM, but thought I would be one out there offering free subscriptions to students.
